Our story
The concept's namesake, pronounced Mah-Mahk, comes from the term for a street vendor or food stall in Southeast Asia. These stalls are owned and operated by Chefs putting their own spin on traditional recipes.
The Lo Family built Mamak upon this idea and brought their homegrown recipes to the table, many of which came straight from the grandparents.
Roti Canai, Satay, and Char Kway Teow
Our concept's Southeast Asian street-style fare, coupled with a modern night-market aesthetic, makes a unique addition to the local food scene in Orlando, FL.
Dishes such as the Roti Canai, a traditional crispy flatbread, the charcoal-grilled Satay chicken or beef skewers, and Char Kway Teow, a signature street dish made with wok-tossed rice noodles, egg, and bean sprouts, are some of our fan-favorites.

Stopped by with a large party during our family reunion. They did a great job accommodating us on short notice. Food was amazing. I had the BBQ roast pork, Crispy Roast Pork and the Crispy Duck. All were amazing. Would definitely come back here! So many great options on the menu.

I really enjoyed dinner. The summer rolls with shrimp were delicious. Packed with veggies, shrimp and rice. Also had the sauted green beans with pickled veggies. The beer was ice cold and was one of my favorites from Victory Brewing out of Pennsylvania. Our server was friendly and did a great job.

Been coming here for quite some time. The food. The service. The ambiance. Right in the middle of the mills district plaza. It's a hit! Try the rotti. Hands down the best rotti in Orlando. Price is what really makes it stand out. Favorite drink has to be the sake sangria. Wow. Just wow. Give them a try. And then come and tell me what you think!!!

Yum. Yum. Yum. I had been wanting to try this place for what seems like forever, and finally went here with some friends when we were out late one night! I quickly returned on my lunch break and find the food, atmosphere, and staff to be amazing. Highly recommend giving it a try. Pro-tip: There is free parking behind the building, and also street parking off of 50.

They serve the BEST Asian street food in Orlando! They have a large menu with lots of options tapa and full size dishes. I recommend going with the tapas route to try a little bit of everything. Ordering their Bulgogi Beef Skewers & Roti Canai is a MUST! Their Roti Canai is super fluffy & airy. Highly recommend getting their Mamak Nasi Goreng, it's super delicious!
